Connected the Arlo pro and it worked initially. Now about 30 minutes later, I can't access the live feed. It just shows "Please wait" with a spinning wheel.
I tried reinstalling the app and the router. It does however seem to capture videos when there is motion - but it's not consistent.
Any ideas?
Also tried to contact support - but the page is busted, can't do chat or call in. Quite fustrated at the moment...
Update:
I had another camera so put that outside and it seems to be working. I also had the silicon cover on it, so not sure if that was causing an issue. Will report back soon.

It could be poor signal strength due to range or interference at the cameras location that is causing the issue.
Try relocating the camera to see if you get the same behavior.

No range wasn't the issue - I switched to a different camera in same location and that worked. I think it has to do with the cover for some reason.
I'm hoping it's not the camera itself that is defective but will install it tomorrow and double check.
