One of my Arlo cameras is suffering from an identity crisis. It sat unused for several months. When I plugged it in, it worked, but soon told me I needed to plug in my "Arlo Baby" because the battery level was too low to perform a firmware upgrade. I plugged it in, but it now has a plug icon instead of a "charging battery icon" (presumably because it thinks it's an Arlo Baby). It refuses to accept the Arlo adapter and cable as a plug, so I'm stuck on this firmware screen, because I can't plug it in... because it's not an Arlo Baby. How do I help it to realize it's NOT an Arlo Baby? I tried removing it from the base station. and reconnecting to no avail. Thanks!

that's a new one....

Remove all devices from base and then do a full reset ( hold sync only for 10+ secs till leds flash ), pull batteries on cam to reset same.  Start over as if a new system
