Can't sync

Just purchased Arlo Pro but can't sync cameras to base station

Hit the sync button on the base station til the green camera LED starts flashing. Briefly hit the sync button on the camera and the blue LED on the front should flash slowly. When it connects, the blue LED will blink fast for a bit.

If this doesn't work or you get amber LEDs etc, let us know.

If the blue LED blinks slowly and stays blinking slowly, move the base station at least another foot away from your wifi router and try again

I like to press the base sync button only briefly rather than holding it till the LED starts flashing.  It may turn out to be the same amount of time but I'd estimate I press it no more than 1 second.

Same issue. Blinks slowly blue but then goes fast amber. Can not get it to sync to the base station.

Consider rebooting your base station (power off and then back on) and attempt the sync process again. Do you still see the same behavior?
