My Arlo Pro live feed isn't working, but the motion recording is.

Have you rebooted the phone and maybe tried the web client (my.arlo.com) on a computer browser to see if there's a difference?

I have the same issue that just started a couple of days ago. Each camera screen in the app has the word "NOW" in the upper lefthand corner. When this is on the screen i cannot access the live function of the camera.  I can restart the camera and it will let me view live but when i disconnect from live view it goes back to the same issue. Never had this issue until now. I have restarted all cameras and smartHub from the app but still have the same issues. The cameras are Pro 5s cameras, they have direct power connection and the Wi-Fi connection signal shows good. Very frustrating

Can you try removing and reinstalling the Arlo app? Do you have a screenshot you can provide of this "now" messaging. Is this with Android or iOS?

This is with IOS. I have not tried to remove and reinstall the app. The app did not indicate any new updates so i didn't think was the issue

Can you try reinstalling the app to see if this resolves the symptom. I wasn't able to replicate on iOS. Reinstalling the app does not reset any of your in app settings.

will reinstalling the app require me to be at the smarthub or cameras to re-enter them into the app or does the app when reinstalled bring back everything that was there prior to reintalling. I say this because that smarthub and cameras are at a property not close to me

No, what you are referencing is a factory reset which will remove devices and settings from your app. Simply removing the Arlo app only and reinstalling is a separate process.

no that did not work either. Still the same issue. The camera in the app has the word "NOW" in upper lefthand corner and when i try to access the camera live feed it tries connecting but eventually the screen turns black with "streaming failed try again" written in white letters. If i restart the cameras i can access the live feed but once i disconnect the live feed view it goes back to not allowing live feed view and has the word "NOW" in the corner of the screen.

We’ve made an update to address the symptom you reported. Could you check if you’re now able to live stream without the camera being stuck on ‘Now’ and let us know if the behavior persists?

the system continued to experience the same issues throughout the night then early this morning seems to correct itself. at this time everything seems to be working as it was prior to these issues. I will contact you if this starts again and provide you with the information as requested.
