My Arlo library is only showing 6 days of videos. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

There are some other folks who've reported this from time to time.  I don't think there is anything you can do about it.

 

Generally speaking, if there is a video you need to preserve, you should download it right away, and not depend on the cloud retention.
