Library is Finickity

I get an alert, go to library, see videos. Later, go to library, there are no videos, nothing.

What gives?

The library seems really random and unstable.

Try and restart your base and see if that fixes things.

Also make sure no filter is set.

turns out this was our bad. my wife has access too and she was deleting them! arg! Rachel from customer service helped identify the issue.
