Library View Is Always From The Same Camera No Matter Which Camera Detected Motion. Model VMB4000

When there is a new detection on any camera, the library shows the same camera view of only one camera no matter which camera detected the motion. Also my cameras are set to record 10 seconds, but all detections are recocorded from the same camera for 16 seconds. In addition even if the said camera is shut off I still get the same library view from that camera no matter which camera detected motion.

I'm going to guess you're using the app. Have you flushed the app's cache and/or reinstalled the app? Have you tried a browser?
