Library Videos auto deleting themselves

Just setup a new Arlo Pro 3 camera system. All cameras connect fine and with no problems for motion detection and recording of videos to the library.
My issue is that my recorded library videos delete themselves after about 12 hours. I just view them and don't do anything else. Then I check back later in the day and they are gone. Are they archiving themselves somewhere?
I tried to restart the base station but that didn't fix the issue.

They don't automatically delete or everyone would have the issue. Try a few things:
- Make sure there's no filter set in the library. The funnel icon at the top should be empty, not filled in.
- Try both the app and a computer browser. Any difference?
Does anyone else have access to your system, whether by your credentials or having granted access?
