Latest Arlo app won’t connect the microphone in different network

I am currently using iPhone XS , Netgear R7000 , 1 x Arlo Q Plus and 1 x Arlo Baby. They worked perfectly for last 3-4 years. However , the microphone seems unable to connect after the latest release update of Arlo App, it only work when I back home, connect with the same Wi-Fi network .

Yes , every single day
My wife also , she is also using iPhone XS , having the same problem as mine

Which version iOS are you using and which version of the Arlo mobile app?

Tried 13.5.1 and 13.6 , both not work, it just keeps connecting

And this is strictly on mobile data? Is there another phone or carrier you can try out on mobile data?

No other phone can be borrowed for test in this Covid-19 environment. But I tried 5 different Wi-Fi network in these period of time , all does not work
