Is there a fix for the recent outtage to restore App video viewing? That capability has not returned

I remain unable to view any camera through app notification. I receive them. But, can it see anything other than black screens. Please help. Thank you.

Are you able to view using the web client on a PC or do you still experience the same behavior?

 

Do you have the latest version of the Arlo mobile app installed?
