Is it possible to give access rights to a second user

Is it possible to give access rights to another user ? I want to use geo fencing when we are at home but if the lead phone leaves and goes out currently the second phone home alone cannot activate the cameras to work .it also stays on geo fencing . If both phones are not geo fenced then alerts are sent constantly with activity at home . Anyone have an answer to this please

Access granted second user if you’re looking for a second administrators rights they really don’t exist it’s a myth they can have access to the system in general but they can’t turn on or disable any features so if you’re looking to make your spouse happy with the same administrator rights as you under a separate account it doesn’t exist the B or C team coders couldn’t write that kind of program No more than they can write an update
