I just Installed another camera but I cannot see the camera on my wife's phone. what to do?

Installed another camera yesterday and it works fine but I cannot see the camera on my wife's phone. She has Granted Access. Anything I have to do to enable

Did you add the camera to her access in Grant Access? Adding a camera requires that.
