Is it impossible to push notifications to received when the mode is changed?

Hello.

I want to receive push notifications when the mode is changed.(Armed or Disarmed.)
For example, Set it with Geofencing.
I'd like to receive a push notifications "Arlo is Armed" or "Disarmed".

When motion occurs, it will be recorded and a notification will be sent.
But no notification that it is armed or not.

There should be anotification of when the system changes between Home and Away unless that's changed recently.
