No push notifications

I've read lots of threads with the same issue  - people not receiving push notification alerts on their cell phones.

Has this been fixed?  I saw this issue went back to 2016?

There was a firmware update back in may I believe that broke this for a few weeks until it was finally fixed with another firmware.  As far as I know, it should be working now though.  Did it just stop working for you?  Did any settings on you phone change, especially power save options for apps, which can affect when notifications are delivered.
