Arlo pro batteries drain rapidly in on or off mode

Arlo pro system is under a year old.

The first 8 months the batteries held a charge in on/off mode.

Fast forward, I get about 2-3 weeks maximum life on a full charge.

I have five cameras

Same issue.  Moved to a new home and will be resetting up Arlo PRO cameras, but now it seems a week or two is the max I get battery life.  Firmware bug perhaps?

This is a known issue for some people. Arlo is aware and working on a solution.

They have been "working on" this for months.  If you PM JamesC who is one of the community managers, I believe you can beta the newer firmware which some users have reported help the issue.

 

I won't touch their beta firmware with a pole, personally since they can't seem to get release firmware to be stable.
