No.  Check the recently revised EoL policy notice.

On 30 January I received an email informing me of EOL of my camera system (VMC4030), and the resulting loss of some services related to this system. As a result I reluctantly entered into a multi-camera subscription.

 

On 19 February I received a further email amending the EOL policy and restoring those services. However this latest email did not inform me how I can reinstate my original no-cost subscription. Please advise how this can be achieved.

Just cancel the subscription.

 

FWIW, you had no subscription before.  If you'd looked in the subscription area, you'd see all the cameras listed under "no plan".

Thanks Guru for your quick and simple reply. I have cancelled the subscription as you recommended.

 

Glad to see Arlo come to its senses on this subject. The widespread responses should have been anticipated.

Hi, I live in the UK and wonder what this statement in the Arlo Legacy Cameras EOL article means for me:

 

FAQ

" Does the End of Life Policy apply to all regions?

The Arlo End of Life Policy applies to all regions except the EU and UK"

 

Does this mean that my Arlo Pro cameras will lose their free 7-day cloud  this year?
