Iphone X Max & Arlo App Siren Help

On the Arlo app,there is a red button at top right of screen that allows you to activate the arlarm.  How do I deactibate it?  I forgot to disarm the base station in my garage and the alarm went off.  I had to get a step ladder to shut off at the base staion because I could slinde it with the app.  HELP.

It sounds like you triggered motion on a camera and you have it set to also sound the siren. The siren will then sound for the length of time you have it set in your modes and rules. I believe the only ways to stop it are 1) let the timeout occur or 2) press the siren button on top of the base. The manual activation on the Devices tab can be used to turn off that manual activatio but AFAIK not a triggered action. I suppose you could try causing the siren to sound as before, use the app to manually trigger the siren and then see if the app will then let you turn the siren off.
