i bought the arlo pro, 4 cameras set a few months ago, and recently the night vision mode of one of the cameras is not working anymore, after trying a few things I read here, I noticed that the infrared leds are not switching on, beacuse with low light the camera does switch to night mode, but with no light it just gives and all black image. I´ve tried the live chat but it doesnt work

First, pull battery and then replace...this will reset the camera ; test in dark room by arming
If NG, verify the the night vision is toggled on in settings
If still NG, then remove camera ( remove device ) and then bring bback as new ( add device )...this rebuilds the defaults in the base unit
If nothing works, contact Arlo support
