Invalid email?

Arlo suddenly will not recognize my email. Says it is invalid. My wife can access it on her phone with the same email address.

With the partners phone using your credentials, check if your phone is trusted under the 2FA list in the profile settings.

Also check that your phone is not using the community forum credentials instead of the arlo login.

Have you tried deleting and installing the app again?
