I want to start using my VMS 3430 again

That would be Pro cameras I think.

They are now end of life, but you can still use them.

yes the cameras are 3030 but the system is VMS 3430 

Hope I can still down load the software - starting from scratch

3030 (with 4 CR132 batteries)?  Or 4030 (with a Lithium rechargable battery)?

Did you remove the cameras and base from your account when you took the cameras out of service?

If not, try using your old account.  You might not be able to onboard to a fresh account.
