Add a camera to iPhone

I synced my new Arlo Pro camera to the base station but my IPhone can’t find it

Did you claim the base first? There's a process that has to be followed - first the base, then the cameras.

I did synced the camera but when my IPhone searches for the new camera it comes back as not found. I can’t get the camera to show up on my phone

Your process doesn't sound right. Detail all steps in fully so we can understand what you did, what you see and what the result is. Claiming the base first and then syncing the cameras should with the proper indications from the LEDs on the base and cameras should work fine.
