I have one iPad monitoring Arlo Pro but can't add second monitoring iPad

I have one iPad monitoring our Arlo Pro but am having trouble adding a second monitoring iPad. The second iPad just will not see (connect) to the base unit. Any ideas?

I figured that out after posting. I finally realized the unit can take one account. Thanks

The app doesn't actually connect to the base, it connects to the arlo cloud.

 

Are you using the same account username/password on both iPads?
