I have one camera that does not pick up motion or record. what can I do?

I have a camera that will not pick up motion or record. I have several other cameras on this system that are working fine.  The charge is showing full and you can click on it to see current conditions, but won't activate when someone walks by it.  What can I do?

The app has a tool to test motion detection - it'd be good to start with that.
