The cleanest way is to just cancel your subscription and remove all the devices from your account.  Then have the new owners add the cameras to their own account, and create their own subscription.

You could alternatively contact support, and see if they can change the email/owner in your current account profile.

Support is not able to change email/owner of the account. As mentioned by StephenB, remove all devices and have the new owners create a new account for the system.
