I have 3 Arlo Pro cameras from 2018. They all work except ONE. It will show 100% but always go OFFLINE at night. I have to open up the unit and push battery towards the front. At which time the blue light will turn on in the front of the camera and show 0%. Will then recharge battery till shows 100%. But then again, goes offline.
I have tried switching out batteries, resetting the unit Arlo and router, and relocated the camera to different locations. Seems that there is a problem with the battery connecting to the unit since when you push the battery, it comes back on. I really do not want to throw the unit away since would a total waste of money.

You could try CAREFULLY bending the camera contacts a bit (use another camera for comparison). I suppose it may be possible to put a small piece of foam or even folded paper to provide that extra push if necessary. It does sound like it's just that the contacts have been slightly pushed in, though.
