I've completed the set up but can't get the cameras on line/

We need a little more info on precisely what you mean by can't get the cameras online. Do you mean that the cameras won't sync to the base or you can not do a Live View with the cameras? What steps have you taken and what are the LEDs on the base showing and what is the behavior of the LEDs on the cameras.
