I couldn't find my model...my real model is VMB4000 (check picture attached)

When I try to connect my base to my phone this error appears, translating to English means: is not possible to sync the base to your device. Please contact arlo support.

But my device is Samsung galaxy s8.

What are the LEDs on the base showing? If this is a new system try pressing the reset button on the base until the LEDs flash amber. Let it reboot and try again.

I did it and still the same message, I can find when I look for the base but can't sync. The lights are green and the camera lights are ambar

Are you saying that the power and Internet LEDs are green and the Camera LED is amber? Did you hold the reset button until the LEDs flashed amber before trying to claim the base again? Have you tried using a computer browser instead of the app?
