Why doesn’t my hub connect to the internet?  The power light is on, but not the internet light.

When the internet led shows nothing it usually means a loss of the Ethernet connection to the local router.

 

Check the Ethernet cable is plugged in correctly, reboot router and base station, try a different router Ethernet port. If no joy the base might be faulty.

@Ritchtopher:  If you have a PC with an ethernet port, you can also try connecting the ethernet cable to the PC and check the ethernet ports+cable.
