How to get recently added camera visible for other Grant Access holders?

We successfully added on the 5th Arlo Pro to the base station. 

The camera is visable on the account holder mobile devices but not on the secondary account holder (granted access/accepted) mobile devices even though the base station & original 4 cameras are.

How do we get the 5th Arlo Pro visable on the secondary account holder's mobile devices?

Go into the Grant Access menu. Click on their name. It should bring up the list of your cameras and only the ones the other person can see will be highlights. Highlight that 5th camera. Click Save. They should then be able to see it
