ARLO model VMB 4000 is not in the drop out menu.
If I live in Florida and am in vacation in California and the base is off line, how do I put the base back on line?

If the base is truely offline, ( the restart in settings is Gray ). then there's not much to be done remotely...
The base prob needs to be unplugged, replugged in.
There are two methods for remote locations I recommend... a small UPS to keep the base powered if there are outages or peone to same... And, a wemoe type outlet that is wifi controlled to turn the outlet off/on ( of course this depends all if your wifi/router comes back online )
Is it known if your router/modem at the location is down too?
