Arlo Pro camera now records with a gray picture

I have a camera that I updated the firm were. After doing so the camera now records with a gray picture. Any suggestions?

Reset the camera by opening and pulling the battery pack and replace...

camera should auto resync.

 

Also just in case, the camera auto switches to B/W when the light levels fall so try it in a bright area/room
