How long is it suppose to take to charge an arlo pro battery?

I've had my arlo pro plugged into a charger since Friday night. When I went to put it outside today (sunday) it was only 96% charged. I have never been able to get them charges 100%

Pull the pack and put back in... it should read 100%

( in the real world 4% is not going to make any noticable difference... tho I can see it reading full is nice )

I've noted a charge may not go to 100% which may be due to the charger circuitry protecting the battery (charging in the camera will actually only charge to 80% of the battery capacity but the indicator will show 100% since it won't charge any more to keep the battery in its sweet spot).  Those times I haven't gotten to 100%, I simply unplug and plug back in and the charge will go to 100%.  Takes a few minutes extra.
