I view our Arlo Pro Camera through the app on my iPhone. My wife also wants to view it on her iPad. Can anyone please provide specific step to do this? I have added her as a Friend on the account. Do we set up a separate account using her email? As we go throught he set up process, how do we get the system to recognize her device? Thanks for the help.

Yes ...for multiple users to see at the same time you grant them friend access...
SETTINGS>GRANT ACCESS> add person
then put in the name and email address, then send and invite..
they must respond back

Thanks TomMac. I'm having trouble getting the system to recognize the iPad when I go tot the next step. Is there anything special I need to do to have the system recognize the iPad? Thanks.

Nothing special... just the app ( not a browser on the ipad )
Did you assign a camera? And did the guest email get a hot link to activate?

Yes. I assigned the type of camera and hit the link to connect but it times out evertime. Do we need to do anything at the camera or base? Thanks.

That sounds like you're not following the directions. To sync a camera, press the sync button on the base briefly. When the Camera LED on the base is flashing, press the sync button on the camera. The camera LED should blink slow blue and then rapid blue to indicate a successful sync. If it blinks amber, the sync failed. Make sure the press on the base sync button is brief - <2 seconds.
