I, too, need to get cameras back online remotely. They are wireless Arlo Pro.
Any suggestions?

Your only option for remote troubleshooting is to restart the base, if it's online. Settings, My Devices, your base, Restart. If the base is offline, someone needs to reboot the base by hand.
