How do I contact customer support?

How do I contact customer support?  The live chat doesn't connect, the phone number1 (408) 638 3750 is out of service per the recording, the support email disappears as I start to fill it out.

I feel ya... i've been waiting 19 days for a response from Customer Support!

The only response I was finally able to get was via private message on ARLO's Facebook page.  Although they just responsed with a request for my email or phone number to have a Support Tech contact me.....so, we'll see.  Even Netgear's customer support wouldn't touch ARLO issues.

That's because Arlo is no longer a part of Netgear...they split last year
