How can i set up a second Arlo account for different location?

Just use a different email address and set up as a new user. However, if you have a total of 5 cameras or less, there's no need. Just use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to claim th new base and then sync the new cameras to that base. Location and the number of bases doesn't matter.
