In your app go to grant access under settings and enter her email address. She must then install the app on her phone and accept the invite.

My wife accepted the grant access, then installed the AP, but unable to download the ap on her phone

How can she install the app and then can't download it? She already did to install it.

It does not ask for the account to sync the camera on her phone

When the person that was granted access receives the invite email, she has to follow the directions in it. The system and cameras are already in use so she doesn't try to set up the system again since it won't happen. The directions in the email need to be followed completely and carefully.

How do I download?
