Horrible customer service. Nobody wants to help. They can't understand what you are saying and in a rush to get off the phone. I was kept on hold twice for 20 min this morning only for the agent to come back and tell me that her computer is not working. returning the camera. Netgear.. if you are reading, look into the customer service
