Have shared/grant access with husband. Every time I sign in, he gets logged out. How to fix?

I have shared access or granted access with my husband, but each time I sign in your system logs him out.  Likewise when he signs in, I get logged out.  Please tell me how to fix that annoying occurrence

Maybe not in under 10 mins....

 

confirm you have granted access and followed the procedure as given as it should not happen with different emails/pwords
