I have had Arlo pro cameras for 2 1/2 years now all of a sudden it will not connect to the Internet all my other devices are connected to the Internet the Internet works just fine need help

I have the same model and also have had mine for over 2 years and this morning at 10:30am the motion recordings just stopped - I unplugged the base station and plugged back in now it won't sync or connect to my cameras even though my wifi is working perfectly -

What is the status of the LED(s) in the base station (on/off/color, as well as blinking/solid)?
If all the cameras are offline, then restarting the base station is the first step. You can power-cycle it as @Irishlioness suggests.
If only some cameras are off-line, then you might still try restarting the base (either power-cycle, or using the restart control in the app/web client). If that fails, you can try removing/reinserting the camera batteries next.
