I'm trying to grant access but when I type in email it is red as soon as i type in the first letter and doesn't allow me to send to recipient. I've ensured there are no spaces in address ... what do I need to do?

It turned out to be an issue with trying to gray access via mobile app ... worked fine when I  used my computer. Thank you

once you type in the email address make your curser is directly after the last letter in the email address. if it's not hit the back space and it should show green and allow you to click ok.
