This just started happening recently (maybe a month ago) and its not every video.  Mostly ones with someone walking, where it gets very pixelated and the person sort of "ghosts".  Also sometimes they turn green.

See full video here - https://www.dropbox.com/s/drdxsu8oyvafq9i/1486589739255.mp4?dl=0  (and photo below)

My Arlo Pro is about 10 feet from the base station and signal strength shows 100% My internet speeds are 300 down / 30 up (with cable) but this also happened at 100/100 when I had Fios last month.    Also I checked my USB thumb drive and the video looks the same on it.  Also my Arlo Pro was just replaced (for another issue) went from HW7 to HW8.  So I don't think its an issue with the hardware itself.

On a side note it amazes me my camera is set to 100% sensitivity and the UPS guy made it to my door before it started recording.

This has happened before... ( do a search ) .. and usu comes down to compression, lost of key frame , and server issues....Never really locked down as a user end.

It also come s and goes with no other changes, so think of it as a not local issue

That's likely because motion is primarily at the camera rather than across the FOV.

Seems like that is a big issue for a "security camera" if half the time you have compression issues and can't see what its recording.
