Getting copies of recordings after 7 days

is one able to get copies of recordings after the 7 day cloud storage period or is one SOL?

If you are on the basic level of 7 days, sorry but you are as you thought ....SOL

You _may_ be able to gain access but upgrading your subscription temporarily.  There have been mixed results doing so - I was able to see all of my previous days' videos.  Others haven't.

I'm sure someone said they upgraded their subscription to 30 days and suddenly all of the old recordings they thought were deleted showed up. As above YMMV.

Yes, steve... it has happened, but other times not... so you guess is as good as mine.
