Get notifications of movement, but not video

Hi

Set up my system today and although I get notifications of activity, I don't get any video stored in the library.

Cameras work and I can take live pics

Any ideas?

That has been seen with the SW needing updates... ( poss older sw due to sitting on shelf ).

Check the version numbers under settings and post same

Sorry, prob wasn't clear...the sw version of the cameras and base.( device info )

should be like cam;   1.2.10342  /   base  1.8.1.1 xxxx  (or similar, will have to check latest release versions )

Also I thing that version number is IOS ( iphone? ) ...its has been glitchy with last weeks release and that may be part of the problem. ( but this week it may be hard to get a response due to holiday and NYear )
