Geofencing does not work at all unless the app is open as I arrive or leave the zone. Occasionally it doesn't even work when I open it once I'm at home, and I have to switch to 'disarm mode' then switch back to geofencing. This started about a month ago and happened rarely, then happened often, now happens always. I have tried resetting the app and the base station but the issue persists... Is this well known, the most recent post I've found on here is from April 2019. Any help would be appreciated 🙂

If you're having problems with your Geofencing not working properly, try looking at this article for troubleshooting steps you can take to improve performance for Geofencing: Why isn't the Geofencing mode working?
