Geofencing issues

I have 4 Arlo Pros setup around my house, Using my account I have setup the mode for Geofencing to limit the alerts I get when I am at home.

However one of the cameras still sends me alerts even when I am at home and my mobile device is within the Geofencing boundary.

When I do l leave the Geofencing area I am not getting any alerts for the other cameras when movement is detected.

 

Your support would be much appreciated.

What modes are used for GF Home and Away? Are they custom modes?

Away mode is set to Armed and Home mode is set to Disarmed

Use REMOVE DEVICE on the troubled cam and bring it back as new... this will rebuild the Armed/disarmed mode
