So I got geofencing to work with my iPad (e.g., it's currently turned on and iPad appears under the enabled devices and I can select it). However, neither mine nor my wife's iPhones appear under the enabled devices, so we are unable to use the geofencing on our phones.
On my phone (main account), every time I clicked on enabled devices, my iPhone would briefly show up then disappears, so only the iPad is selectable. I can't click on my iPhone fast enough before it's disappears, but I don't think it would make a difference. I'm using the latest app version (2.4.4) and my iPhone 6s is 11.0.2. GPS is turned on and location is set to always in the app settings.
Also, I granted my wife permission using the grant access and she accepted. Her's is an iPhone 6 (11.0.2) and is using the latest app version. GPS is turned on. On her phone, geofencing is greyed out and I noticed the app hasn't even ask her to enable location. I can't even go into the iPhone settings to enable it manually because the settings for the app doesn't even list location (I think the app must first request it).
To summarize, neither mine nor my wife's iPhone 6/s appears in the geofencing enabled devices, so we can't get this to work. Any ideas?

T369,
Have you tried uninstalling the Arlo mobile app and downloading a fresh version?

Yes, I have tried uninstalling it several different ways (e.g., logging out of the app before uninstalling, hard booting my phone after uninstalling, etc.) and reinstalling the app, but it makes no difference.

I read in a different forum that Arlo doesn't like devices with apostrophes. Go in to your general settings and change the name to something without an apostrophe and it should work, at least it did for me.
