Geofencing, Galaxy s7 does not seem to register and show in or out of zone

Setup for geofencing

Galaxy s7 primary account, iphone 7 , secondary account.

Geofencing set up , works fine, except , when I take galaxy s7 away from home, Arlo somehow does not register I am out of zone. I can log out and log back in, sometimes it then register I am out of zone. Same thing, coming back home, Arlo does not seem to register i am in zone. Iphone 7 works perfect in that when away from home, it register automatically out of zone and when come back, register inzone

I had tried

1. Changing raidus , nil help.

2. Tried changing battery optimisation for all arlo apps except Arlo , as per community support on one of the article about No Internet connection message. Nil help.

Anyone with any idea about possible solutions?

Try uninstall the app. Restart phone. Install app from Play Store again

Hello, did the unstalling and reinstal. Good for a day, then have the same problem again. Galaxy 7 just does not seem to register with Arlo. Even when away from home, still register inzone. Exit Arlo , re log in, still says inzone when I am away fr home. Iphone 7 works perfect. Pretty flaky, hit and miss .

Any thoughts anyone?
