I've made numerous attempts to grant access to my wife so she can view our older first gen cams and newer Pro cams. She's accepted the invite, opened a separate Arlo account  with her email addy and password. When the new app opens up she has no access to widgets and 2 paid subscriptions are available for her to sign up for.

I'm using the 4.5 Arlo app on my iPhone which doesn't look like anything on the newer app that opens up on my wife's iPhone.

What am I doing wrong? I need help.

With the introduction of the new user interface (UI) that supports the latest hardware, both accounts need to use the same UI for access to work. Since you have legacy cameras and have been using them for a while, you likely have the old UI that uses Library to view videos while your wife has the new one that uses Feed.

You would need to migrate your account to the new UI by choosing to add either the Pro 5 or security system although you have neither. The first step is to migrate your account after which you can back out of the bogus install. Note that you can't go back (eventually everyone will be migrated anyways) and that any custom modes won't migrate. That means you have to do what you need using the 3 default modes - you can't add more. Take the time to go through the whole UI to find where things are and how they work.

Once you're account is migrated, your wife would click on Home at the top and choose the bottom choice. Each user gets their own default home so she needs to select yours. I suggest renaming Home so it's obvious which one to select.
