I have one camera that says it needs to be charged but it will not take a charge. Bought new battery and get the same message "needs to be charged".
of course Arlo offers zero customer support unless you pay for it so hoping someone can help me?

Are you using an Arlo branded charging cable to charge the battery?

I am using a Arlo charger and I cannot get a charge out of my old battery or my brand new battery. What is te problem? Is there a phone number you can actually talk to a customer service rep at Arlo???

Not without a subscription. Besides, it appears that the charger may be the issue so use a different charger that support both 5 and 9 volt outputs to see if that helps.

FYI; the Pro requires a qualcom type charger with 2 outputs, 5v and 9v as mentioned.
(9v is required to charge the battery, a normal USB will not charge )
check the charger info on the ac adapter.
